The Business Group Workshop is a 4 month cyclical seminar series that covers each of the 4 modules from the Brand Strategy Lab. This series is designed for business incubator groups, small business groups and associations, and business accelerator groups. Sessions are limited to 20 seats with a minimum of 15 seats required for each session.

Organizations purchase a Brand Strategy Kit for their clients to have access to as they work through the process. Individual business that are part of the organization, like a business incubator, have access to the tools and intellectual property of the Brand Strategy Kit that is integral with the information covered in live training sessions. The following modules are covered on a rotating 4 month cycle:

Month 1: Brand Audit

In the first month of this course, businesses are taken through a thorough brand analysis, what we call a Brand Audit. Think of this as the brand’s check-up. The process will identify the current strengths of the brand as well as those areas that need some attention, all with the end goal of creating the most effective brand possible to grow the bottom line of the business.

Month 2: Consumer 360

In month 2 of the seminar cycle, the businesses will explore Consumer 360. The basics of consumer research and defining the consumer journey are covered in this module. The process will help unravel the potential needs, wants, stories, and unknown opportunities that will drive a brand, not only as a marketing tool, but also as a business proposition.

Month 3: Brand DNA

In month 3 businesses will create their Brand DNA. After establishing an understanding of the industry landscape (Brand Audit) and defining their consumer (Consumer 360), businesses will define, or redefine, who they are. This is arguably the most enjoyable and rewarding module. It has several good team building exercises, which we encourage businesses to involve executive teams as well as people on the front lines.

Month 4: Activation Map

In month 4 an Activation Map will be outlined. In this module, businesses define their marketing plan with content mapping, how they will share their new vision with their target consumers and the world at large. With careful planning, targeting and measuring we can ensure marketing dollars are highly leveraged for the highest possible return on investment.

Business Group Workshop Pricing

Brand Labs Strategy Lab – $3,000 – Includes all intellectual property from the Brand Strategy Lab necessary for completing the entire coaching series. The lab is purchased by the incubator or business association and is a one time cost. Contents of the lab are designed to be used over and over again for all the companies in the group.

Monthly Seminar Fee – $500 per company – Includes four monthly live training sessions with Brand Labs’ consultants, full access to online portal and all intellectual property associated with Brand Labs’ Brand Strategy Lab (training videos, training manuals, module exercises, etc.).
