The Business Coach Workshop is designed for business coaching and Venture Capital Organizations looking for brand development training for their clients. The series is made up of 4 modules that are covered in a rotating bi-monthly schedule. Sessions are made up of 10 to 15 individual companies from either a single organization or a collective of organizations.
Since the modules are held on a rotating schedule, participants can attend training sessions based their particular schedule. The series is designed for each company to go through the modules over a 4 month period, but they may work at on a slower schedule, with 10 and 16 month schedule options. It is not recommended to go longer than 16 months on this program.
The Business Coaching Workshop covers all 4 modules in Brand Labs’ Brand Strategy Lab. Module descriptions and schedules are as follows:
Month 1: Brand Audit
The first module in this series is the Brand Audit. Think of this as your client’s brand check-up. This is where they will identify the current strengths of their brand as well as those areas that need some attention, all with the end goal of creating the most effective brand possible to grow their bottom line.
This module is the starting point of the series and is held in the following months: January, March, May, July, September, and November.
Month 2: Consumer 360
The second module in this series is Consumer 360. In this module, your clients will learn the basics of consumer research and defining their consumer’s journey. This will help unravel the potential needs, wants, stories, and unknown opportunities that will drive their brand, not only as a marketing tool, but also as a business proposition.
This module is offered in the following months: February, April, June, August, October, and December.
Month 3: Brand DNA
The third module in this series is Brand DNA. After establishing an understanding of your client’s industry landscape and defining their consumer, this module will define who they are as a brand. This is arguably the most enjoyable and rewarding module. It has several good team building exercises, in which we encourage your clients to involve their executive team as well as people on the front lines.
This module is offered in the shared months of the Brand Audit: January, March, May, July, September, and November.
Month 4: Activation Map
The fourth module in this series is Activation Map. In this module, your clients will define their marketing plan with content mapping, how they will share their new vision with their target consumers and the world at large. With careful planning, targeting and measuring we can help ensure that their marketing dollars are highly leveraged for the highest possible return on investment.
This module is offered in the shared months of Consumer 360: February, April, June, August, October, and December.
Business Coach Workshop Pricing
Brand Labs Strategy Lab – $3,500 – Includes all intellectual property from the Brand Strategy Lab necessary for completing the entire coaching series. The kit is to be purchased by the Business Coach or VC organization and is a one time cost. Contents of the kit are designed to be used over and over again for existing and future clients. Also includes a one time introductory training session with a Brand Labs’ consultant.
Monthly Client Fee – $500 – Includes live training sessions with Brand Labs’ consultants, full access to online portal and all intellectual property associated with Brand Labs’ Brand Strategy Lab (training videos, training manuals, module exercises, etc.).
